In many villages across Pakistan, something as basic as using a toilet or taking a shower remains a daily struggle. Families often lack proper bathroom facilities, forcing people to relieve themselves in open fields. For bathing—especially women and young girls—privacy is scarce, and many wait until nightfall to find a hidden spot, often behind bushes or in unsafe corners.

What We’re Doing

We are building clean, simple, and safe toilet and bathing facilities to serve these communities. We offer two types of bathroom units to meet local needs:

Home Bathroom Unit – £300
Each unit includes:

• A proper built-in toilet

• A safe, private shower area

• One washbasin (sink)

• Water buckets for bathing and cleaning

• Electric lighting for safe use at night

• A strong, lockable door for privacy and security

• Durable, easy-to-maintain materials

Mosque Bathroom Unit – £315
Designed for mosques and communal spaces, this includes:

• Two built-in toilets

• One washbasin (sink)

• Durable construction to handle higher use

• Ventilation and drainage for cleanliness

• Built with local materials and labor to support the community economy

These bathroom units provide families, especially women and children, with the dignity, safety, and comfort they deserve. They are not temporary fixes but long-term solutions that can serve communities for years to come.
